For spam prevention we temporarily log the IP address of form submissions (retained for up to one hour, then automatically discarded).

We do not use analytics, advertising, or fingerprinting cookies, nor any visitor-tracking technology of our own. No first-party cookies are set by this website.

Google reCAPTCHA is used only on the contact form to prevent automated abuse. When you interact with the form, Google may place strictly-necessary cookies from the domains google.com and recaptcha.net to detect bots. Processing is governed by Google's Privacy Policy and Terms of Service. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in protecting the form against spam. If you do not wish reCAPTCHA cookies to be set, please email us directly at contact@urbisoft.co.uk instead of using the form.

The legal basis for processing is our legitimate interest in responding to your enquiry, and — where your message leads to a commercial relationship — the performance of a contract. We use the data only to reply to you and, if relevant, to continue business correspondence.

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal data. We do not share it with third parties for marketing purposes. Your data may be processed by our email provider for the sole purpose of delivering messages, and may be disclosed where required by law.

06How long we keep it

Contact messages are retained for as long as needed to respond and maintain business correspondence — typically no longer than three years from our last interaction. You can request earlier deletion at any time.
