Urbisoft Ltd ("Urbisoft", "we", "us") respects your privacy. This policy explains what personal data we collect through this website, why we collect it, and how you can exercise your rights under the UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018.

01Who we are

Urbisoft Ltd is a private limited company registered in England and Wales under company number 10526783 (VAT GB258322892), with its registered office at 167–169 Great Portland Street, W1W 5PF London, United Kingdom. We are the data controller for any personal data collected through this website.

02What data we collect

We collect only the information you voluntarily provide when you contact us through the form on this site:

For spam prevention we temporarily log the IP address of form submissions (retained for up to one hour, then automatically discarded).

03Cookies

Processing is governed by Google's Privacy Policy and Terms of Service. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in protecting the form against spam. If you do not wish reCAPTCHA cookies to be set, please email us directly at contact@urbisoft.co.uk instead of using the form.

04Why we use it

The legal basis for processing is our legitimate interest in responding to your enquiry, and — where your message leads to a commercial relationship — the performance of a contract. We use the data only to reply to you and, if relevant, to continue business correspondence.

05Who we share it with

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal data. We do not share it with third parties for marketing purposes. Your data may be processed by our email provider for the sole purpose of delivering messages, and may be disclosed where required by law.
